Diane Doolin, RN

Diane DoolinDiane is a nurse who is passionate about wellness!   Although she loves caring for patients in the hospital, she would much rather help people avoid the need to be there.  This passion for helping empower others to reach and maintain their optimal level of health shines through in all that she does.  Wanting to promote healthy self-care, Diane earned advanced certification and began teaching therapeutic and restorative "demystified" yoga classes in 2005, eventually tweaking her program and incorporating other movement arts to create Peaceful Stretch classes.

Realizing that how we nourish the body greatly affects our health mentally and emotionally as well as physically, Diane also began studying whole, natural foods.  She attended multiple intensives at Kripalu and the Himalayan Institute, as well as many hours of independent study, learning a variety of approaches to holistic nutrition and natural living.  She created her business- Reach into Wellness- to share with others what she has learned over the years, and to encourage and support those beginning (or continuing!) their own journey.

Erin Schneider
Erin Schneider
Erin runs Melt & Mold, which emphasizes stretching, strengthening, mobility improvement & mindful breathing. She has been a YogaFit-certified instructor since 2008. Her other training includes additional YogaFit levels, specialized pre-natal training, alignment & intensive anatomy courses. In 2007, with two toddler boys and many life changes all at once, Erin took a local yoga class and it was there she learned skills to help her stretch muscles, quiet her anxious mind, and build strength for the journey before her. The human design is truly remarkable and deserves the best we can give it in movement, nutrition and stress relief. Melt & Mold has grown organically from Erin's whole-hearted desire to spread this message.

Lisa Gates
Lisa GatesLisa is an Overland Park-bred single mom of an 11-year-old boy, CEO of Gates Manor and devoted HR professional at Johnson County Community College. She has single-handedly changed the lives of tens of people through her journey in Minimalism.
An education in Applied Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis in Juvenile Justice and Criminal Delinquency and a Concentration in Psychology has absolutely nothing to do with her career, her knowledge of Minimalism or her early-life goal to become a Fly Girl on In Living Color, however as long as she is still paying the loans, a Benefits Specialist she will be!
While no single approach to Minimalism will work for everyone, Lisa’s hope is to give you just enough information to be dangerous and her ultimate goal is to be the cause of the largest influx of garage sales anyone has ever seen this side of the Mississippi!
